GYRC staff undergoes a thorough background check and extensive training on a regular basis. Our employees speak English and are available to assist residents 24/7. They are certified in CPR and First Aid, and in administering medication. Because Golden Years Residential Care is a memory care facility, our staff goes through additional training on working with those afflicted with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. They are compassionate and empathetic to residents’ needs, they listen to resident concerns and provide good companionship.
